NexPhase Life is operated under the registered Brand name Affinitas Inc. It is a life-event lead generation, education, and associate workflow platform. Visitors can complete a free Life Check, receive a Life Map, and choose to be contacted by an independent LegalShield associate. Independent associates can use NexPhase Ignite to manage routed leads, follow-ups, messages, payments, and optional Ad Fund activity.

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and optional referral details;
• Life Check answers and the life events you select;
• communication consent, opt-out status, call outcomes, messages, and follow-up history;
• associate account details, rank, subscription status, payment status, and optional Ad Fund settings; and
• technical, attribution, campaign, referral, analytics, and conversion-tracking information.

We use information to:

• generate your Life Map from your Life Check answers;
• score lead priority and route contact information to an independent LegalShield associate for follow-up;
• support follow-up by call, text message, or email when you have consented;
• operate NexPhase Ignite accounts, payments, dashboards, referrals, commissions, and Ad Fund records;
• protect the platform, prevent misuse, keep audit history, and honor opt-outs; and
• measure page visits, campaign attribution, and conversion events such as Life Check completion, Ignite application start, and Ignite payment completion.

When you submit the Life Check contact form, you may agree to receive calls, texts, and emails from NexPhase Life and an authorized independent LegalShield associate about the information you requested. NexPhase routes leads through access rules designed so independent associates see leads assigned or routed to them, not the full lead database. Platform administrators may access information needed to operate the platform, review compliance, support associates, maintain records, and troubleshoot issues.

We use service providers to run the platform. These may include Lovable Cloud for data storage and authentication, Stripe for payments, Twilio for SMS and voice features, Resend for email, and analytics or advertising platforms such as Meta Pixel and Google tag tools for measurement. These providers process information for platform operations and are not permitted by us to use personal information for unrelated purposes.

We do not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties. We route information to the independent LegalShield associate assigned to follow up with you and share information with service providers that help us operate NexPhase Life.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

NexPhase may use cookies, local storage, tracking pixels, and similar tools to remember attribution, measure site activity, and record conversion events. Where required, these tools are controlled by consent settings. You can also control cookies through your browser.

NexPhase Life is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
