NexPhase Life is operated by NexPhase Consulting LLC. NexPhase Life provides educational life-event tools, lead routing, associate workflow tools, communication preparation, payments, reporting, and related platform features. The free Life Check helps visitors create a Life Map. NexPhase Ignite is a paid lead-generation platform for people who are already independent LegalShield sales associates.

The Life Check is free for visitors. It asks plain-language questions and produces an educational Life Map. NexPhase Ignite is a separate lead-generation subscription — the NexPhase Leads Subscription — currently offered at $29 per month. Members who subscribed before the current price took effect keep their original rate for as long as their subscription continues without a break. Ignite is intended for existing independent LegalShield associates who want tools for routed leads, follow-up, attribution, compliance checks, subscription access, and optional Ad Fund tracking.

NexPhase offers two plans. Starter is free and requires no payment card: it includes your own referral link, QR code and personal page, the Life Check branded to you, Life Map delivery to your prospects by email, the leads that come from your own link or QR code, your People list and lead details, and email alerts when a new lead arrives. Ignite is the NexPhase Leads Subscription at $29 per month and adds a dedicated NexPhase phone number, the AI call assistant and its included minutes, text messaging, follow-up automation, phone notifications, AI Coach and compliance checks, the Ad Wallet, and the full dashboard. The messaging, call line, usage-credit and Ad Wallet terms below apply to Ignite members. Leads from a member's own referral link, QR code or branded Life Check stay with that member and are free. NexPhase does not hand out free leads from its own advertising. Only Ignite members may optionally fund an Ad Wallet to buy advertising leads at cost. Funding joins the shared queue and does not guarantee leads.

Associates who use NexPhase are independent LegalShield sales associates. They are not NexPhase employees, agents, partners, or legal representatives. Associates are responsible for their own licensing, LegalShield rules, marketing practices, communications, and conduct.

NexPhase is a lead-routing and educational technology platform. NexPhase is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, does not create an attorney-client relationship, and does not represent you in any legal matter. Information on the platform is general education only. Speak with a qualified attorney for advice about your specific situation.

If you submit contact information through Life Check, you may agree to receive calls, texts, and emails from NexPhase Life and an authorized independent LegalShield associate about the information you requested. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages and HELP for help. Associates must use the platform lawfully and honor opt-outs.

Text messages are sent by the individual independent LegalShield associate who is looking after you, using their own registered sender. NexPhase Life provides the software; it does not text you in the associate's place. When you give your phone number through a Life Check, an assessment, or the associate's phone line, the consent box names that associate, and only that associate may text you.

If you arrived without an associate's link, nobody may text you until you tap "Text me from [associate name]" on your results.

Messages cover your results, callback and appointment confirmations, and reminders you chose. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Texts are sent between 8:00am and 9:00pm in your own time zone. STOP stops texts from every associate on the platform, and you can still reply at any time to a message you receive.

Each associate's own consent wording and sample messages are published at nexphaseleads.com/sms/<their code>.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

When you agree to receive text messages, you give that consent directly to the brand named in the request — the individual independent LegalShield associate using NexPhase Life — and to nobody else. Your consent and mobile opt-in data are never sold, rented, traded or transferred to anyone.

NexPhase Leads Subscriptions, usage credits and Ad Fund payments are processed through Stripe. NexPhase does not store card numbers. Subscription access may be suspended or cancelled for nonpayment, misuse, or violation of these Terms. If an associate cancels, platform records may be retained where needed for billing, audit, compliance, security, and legal purposes.

The Ad Fund is optional and associate-funded. If you opt in, contributions use your own real money and are charged separately from the NexPhase Leads Subscription and from usage credits, through Stripe. You can pause, resume, change, or cancel your Ad Fund settings at any time, subject to timing of already-started payment activity. The Ad Fund is funding and tracking only unless a later service is separately offered and accepted. It does not guarantee leads, enrollments, income, revenue, profit, rank advancement, or any result.

Your NexPhase Leads Subscription includes the texting and email infrastructure you use to follow up with your own leads, including a dedicated NexPhase phone number. The subscription includes 250 outbound text messages per calendar month, resetting on the first day of the following month. Email and the number of leads are not limited. When the included texts are used, outbound texts are paid from your usage credits; if you have no usage credits, outbound texts pause until the allowance resets — email still works and replies from your leads always reach you. An administrator can raise your allowance. NexPhase may adjust the included allowance, and for usage materially outside normal patterns we may ask you to connect your own Twilio or Resend account or move to a different plan. A platform-wide hard ceiling of 500 outbound texts per calendar month applies in all cases.

Your subscription also includes an inbound call line on your NexPhase number. When someone calls it, an automated NexPhase assistant identifies itself as automated, states that the call is recorded and summarized, asks permission before recording, and walks the caller through the same Life Check questions used on the website. The assistant does not give legal advice. Recording only takes place with the caller's agreement; where a caller declines, the conversation continues without a recording.

The subscription includes 30 AI assistant call minutes per calendar month, resetting on the first day of the following month. Minutes beyond that are paid from your usage credits. Calls are never cut off: when both the included minutes and your usage credits are used, the line keeps answering with a scripted assistant and the caller is still recorded as a scored lead with a call brief. An administrator can raise your minutes for a given month.

Usage credits are a prepaid balance you can buy to cover activity beyond what your subscription includes. Credits are bought in packs (currently $10, $25 and $50) through Stripe and are deducted at the published retail rates — currently $0.15 per additional AI assistant call minute and $0.02 per additional outbound text. Rates, pack sizes and included allowances may change; the current figures are always shown in your Settings before you buy.

You may optionally switch on auto-reload, which charges a chosen pack to your saved card when your balance falls below a chosen amount. Auto-reload is off unless you switch it on and can be switched off at any time. Your full credit history, including every purchase and every deduction, is shown in Settings and can be downloaded.

Usage credits do not expire while your subscription is active, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are not refundable once used. Unused credits may be refunded at NexPhase's discretion. If your subscription ends, remaining credits stop being usable. Usage credits are separate from the Ad Fund and may not be used for advertising spend.

NexPhase may provide scoring, routing, reminders, dashboards, follow-up drafts, and tracking. These tools do not guarantee any number of leads, response rates, sales, LegalShield enrollments, commissions, income, profit, return on spend, or business result. Any business activity involves risk and depends on many factors outside NexPhase's control.

You agree not to:

• use NexPhase for unlawful, misleading, abusive, spam, or unauthorized communications;
• make unsupported legal, income, performance, or product claims;
• attempt to access leads, accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access;
• interfere with platform security, routing, attribution, opt-out, or compliance controls; or
• upload malicious, infringing, false, or inappropriate content.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. NexPhase may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe an account violates these Terms, creates risk, fails payment, misuses communications, or threatens the integrity of the platform. You may stop using the service or cancel paid access according to the available account controls.

NexPhase may update, add, limit, or remove features as the platform evolves. We may also update pricing, access rules, compliance controls, payment flows, or operational settings. Material paid-service changes will be handled through reasonable notice where required.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, NexPhase disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, and any guarantee that the platform will meet your business or compliance needs.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NexPhase will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, advertising results, business interruption, or substitute services. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount you paid to NexPhase for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim, unless a different limit is required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. NexPhase Consulting LLC is a Maryland limited liability company based in Waldorf, Maryland, and any dispute arising from these Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maryland. As with the rest of this page, this is general language and not legal advice — have an attorney review it before relying on it for compliance.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of NexPhase after changes means the updated Terms apply going forward.
