NexPhase Life is operated under the registered Brand name Affinitas Inc. NexPhase Life provides educational life-event tools, lead routing, associate workflow tools, communication preparation, payments, reporting, and related platform features. The free Life Check helps visitors create a Life Map. NexPhase Ignite is a paid associate platform for independent LegalShield sales associates.

The Life Check is free for visitors. It asks plain-language questions and produces an educational Life Map. NexPhase Ignite is a separate associate subscription currently offered at $9.99 per month. Ignite is intended for independent LegalShield associates who want tools for routed leads, follow-up, attribution, compliance checks, subscription access, and optional Ad Fund tracking.

Associates who use NexPhase are independent LegalShield sales associates. They are not NexPhase employees, agents, partners, or legal representatives. Associates are responsible for their own licensing, LegalShield rules, marketing practices, communications, and conduct.

NexPhase is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, does not create an attorney-client relationship, and does not represent you in any legal matter. If you submit contact information through Life Check, you may agree to receive calls, texts, and emails from NexPhase Life and an authorized independent LegalShield associate about the information you requested. Paid associate subscriptions and Ad Fund payments are processed through Stripe. NexPhase does not store card numbers. Subscription access may be suspended or cancelled for nonpayment, misuse, or violation of these Terms. If an associate cancels, platform records may be retained where needed for billing, audit, compliance, security, and legal purposes.

The Ad Fund is optional and associate-funded. If you opt in, contributions use your own real money and are charged separately from the $9.99 NexPhase Ignite subscription through Stripe. You can pause, resume, change, or cancel your Ad Fund settings at any time, subject to timing of already-started payment activity. The Ad Fund is funding and tracking only unless a later service is separately offered and accepted. It does not guarantee leads, enrollments, income, revenue, profit, rank advancement, or any result.

NexPhase may provide scoring, routing, reminders, dashboards, follow-up drafts, and tracking. These tools do not guarantee any number of leads, response rates, sales, LegalShield enrollments, commissions, income, profit, return on spend, or business result. Any business activity involves risk and depends on many factors outside NexPhase's control.

You agree not to:

• use NexPhase for unlawful, misleading, abusive, spam, or unauthorized communications;
• make unsupported legal, income, performance, or product claims;
• attempt to access leads, accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access;
• interfere with platform security, routing, attribution, opt-out, or compliance controls; or
• upload malicious, infringing, false, or inappropriate content.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. NexPhase may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe an account violates these Terms, creates risk, fails payment, misuses communications, or threatens the integrity of the platform. You may stop using the service or cancel paid access according to the available account controls.

NexPhase may update, add, limit, or remove features as the platform evolves. We may also update pricing, access rules, compliance controls, payment flows, or operational settings. Material paid-service changes will be handled through reasonable notice where required.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, NexPhase disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, and any guarantee that the platform will meet your business or compliance needs.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NexPhase will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, advertising results, business interruption, or substitute services. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount you paid to NexPhase for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim, unless a different limit is required by law.
